ACCOMMODATION FEES
Fees include: room with bed linen, towels and their laundry; room cleaning; breakfast.
No exception will be made, for any reason, not even for personal emergencies.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be made by fully and accurately filling in and signing a reservation form.
Reservations are accepted depending on room availability and are to be deemed to have been confirmed only after receiving an e-mail or letter confirmation from B&B Donna Rosa.

PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% of the whole amount is required when making a reservation.Final payment is due upon arrival.Payments can be made by means of either a Postal Money Order (Italian Postal Account n° 63841290) or a Bank Swift, stating the chosen period of stay.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are effective on the day they are received by B&B Donna Rosa. The following cancellation charges will be payable, depending on the number of days prior to arrival when B&B Donna Rosa receives notice of cancellation

Days prior to arrival date when written advice of cancellation received	% of Paid Deposit
Up to 30 days prior	25%
29  -  15  days prior	50%
14  -    7  days prior	80%
Less than 6 days prior	100%

However B&B Donna Rosa is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the traveller in preparing for the stay (e.g. non-refundable air tickets, equipment expenses, etc.). No refunds will be made if you leave for any reason whatsoever, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, after the stay has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized.

There are no refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no shows.

DISCLAIMER
B&B Donna Rosa  shall not be liable for personal injury or damage resulting from sport activities, alcohol drinking, lacking or insufficient medical care and/or assistance, and any other facts and events which could not be reasonably expected or foreseen.
Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of furniture and household goods resulting from their behaviour and acting while on the premises of B&B Donna Rosa.

GOVERNING LAW
All disputes will be handled solely in the Italy, in accordance with the laws of Italy and the Law Court in Salerno will have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them.
